PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system controller capable of maintaining normal operation by detecting individual artificial power feeding stop to a security system. SOLUTION: This security system controller for receiving a state signal S separately showing a security state from one or a plurality of sensors 3 and automatically transmitting an abnormal state detection signal D showing an abnormal state to the outside in the case of detecting an abnormal state of the security state is provided with a power feeding stop detecting part 9 for monitoring a power feeding state from a normal power source 20 for always feeding power to the controller 2 and generating a feeding stop detection signal E1 for notifying the outside of a power feeding stop state in the case of detecting power feeding stop from the normal power source 20, an emergency power-supply unit 12 capable of temporarily feeding power to the controller 2 when power feeding from the normal power source 20 stops, and a communication interface 6 capable of transmitting the feeding stop detection signal E1 and the abnormal state detection signal D to prescribed external receivers 30 and 31 by utilizing prescribed communication lines 40 and 41.
