PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugated false-twisted yarn which has powder touch, excellent soft hand, impact resilience and bulkiness, and gives a fabric having an excellent grade without forming warp stripe irregularity, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This conjugated false-twisted yarn which comprises multifilament A comprising a polymer mixture of a polyester containing a specific metal organic sulfonate in an amount of 0.5 to 2.5 wt. % with a polymethyl methacrylate-based polymer or a polystyrene-based polymer in a latter material mixing rate of 0.5 to 3.0 wt. % as a sheath portion and the polyester not containing the polymethyl methacrylate-based polymer or the polystyrene-based polymer as a core portion is characterized in that the average filament length of the polyester multifilament A is longer by 5 to 20 % than the average filament length of the polyester multifilament B and that the crimp percent of the conjugated false-twisted yarn is 2 to 8 %.
