PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of discontinuity of a coil terminal or the like and abnormal vibration of a diaphragm in a dynamo-electric type electroacoustic transducer. SOLUTION: A pair of coil terminals 16a extending from a voice coil 16 and a pair of terminal members 32 mounted on a frame 14 are electrically connected via a flexible printed wiring board 34. Thus, even when an electroacoustic transducer 10 is used with a high sound pressure, the coil terminals 16a are hardly discontinued. In that case, with regard to the width of the flexible printed wiring board 34, its intermediate portion is set to a smaller value than a terminal portion 34A of a coil terminal side and a terminal portion 34B of a terminal member side. Thus, flexibility of the intermediate portion 34C is improved to effectively suppress inherent vibration of the flexible printed wiring board 34 from being transported to a diaphragm 12 and to effectively suppress the occurrence of stress concentration near both the terminal portions 34A, 34B.
