PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete panel 1 for applying a brick 2 capable of obtaining satisfactory finish excellent in construction by a skilled worker at low cost without relying on the skilled worker. SOLUTION: In this concrete panel 1 constituting an external wall body of a building decorated by applying bricks 2, a plurality of protruding bars 4 supporting the bricks 2 from above and below and extending in the horizontal direction are provided on a surface 3 of the concrete panel 1.
