PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has excellent rigidity, dimensional accuracy and mechanical characteristics and is suitable for chasses having heat conductivity, and to provide a molded chassis obtained from the resin composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 20 to 65 wt. % of at least one thermoplastic polymer selected from aromatic polycarbonates, styrenic hard polymers, and polyphenylene ether, (B) 1 to 20 wt. % of an organic phosphorous flame retardant, (C-1) talc having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 30μm, (C-2) mica, and (D) a fibrous filler.
