An electrical waveform adjuster for adjusting various voltage waveforms supplied to electric apparatus to improve the operation capability that the electric apparatus have to mitigate the physical disability of the user of electric apparatus. As shown in Fig. 1 (a), an electrical waveform adjuster having a power factor adjusting capacitor (6) connected in parallel with a power feeder (3) for feeding an AC voltage to an electric apparatus is characterized in that at least one low-resistance line section having a linear resistivity lower than that of a connection line (4) for electrically connecting the power factor adjusting capacitor (6) to the power feeder (3) is provided in the connection line (4) as an adjuster circuit (5).
