<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biased excitation preventive circuit which can suppress the increase of the physical constitution of a circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The biased excitation preventive circuit 10 is equipped with a voltage detecting circuit 11 which detects the voltage applied across a biased excitation preventive capacitor 43 and outputs a control signal geared to the detected voltage, and a control circuit 12 which controls the duty of each drive signal of the FETs 31-34 of an H bridge circuit 36, so that the voltage of the biased excitation preventive capacitor 43 may not go up, based on the control signal outputted from the voltage detecting circuit 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
