<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a docking device for a portable computer for improving a design property, easily performing docking, and preventing the pin-bending of a docking connector. <P>SOLUTION: This docking device 200 for a portable computer is provided with a docking device body 201, a bottom plate 202, a docking connector 203, ground pins 204a and 204b, protruding parts 205a and 205b, a pop-up type tray 206 as a movable tray, recesses 207a and 207b, slide type lock switch 208, hooks 209a and 209b and a safety lug member 210. At the time of performing docking, positioning is operated by using legs of the portable computer and the recesses 207a and 207b, and the front side of the portable computer is lowered so that the docking connector can be engaged with the docking connector 203, and locking is operated by the slide type lock switch 208. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
