<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the dissolving efficiency of air into a liquid when air is discharged in the liquid by forming vortex rings, and to intensify a visual impression. <P>SOLUTION: A space divided into an upper space 12 having an upwardly opening part 8 at its upper part and an upper space 11 having an air supply port 7 so that the lower parts of both spaces are connected is formed and, if the opening part 8 and the air supply port 7 are removed, a closed space is formed in the liquid.
