PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable multimedia recording/reproducing device temporarily conserving and reproducing multimedia data and obtaining the convenience of a mobile device. SOLUTION: The portable multimedia recording/reproducing device constitutes portable multimedia recording/reproducing electronic equipment by a movie recording unit, a voice recording unit, an image recording unit, a storage, a movie reproducing unit, a voice reproducing unit, and a built-in display. The device further constitutes the electronic equipment by a key pad controlling the operations of the movie recording unit, the voice recording unit, the movie reproducing unit, the voice reproducing unit, and the built-in display; and a charging type battery supplying each unit with a power.
