The invention relates to compounds of the formula 1 wherein X<SUP>1</SUP>, X<SUP>2 </SUP>and X<SUP>3 </SUP>independently is a halogen; p is an integer from 1 to 3; and R is -COOH, OR<SUP>1 </SUP>wherein R<SUP>1 </SUP>is a substituted isothiazole ring, or SR<SUP>2 </SUP>wherein R<SUP>2 </SUP>is (CH<SUB>2</SUB>)<SUB>q</SUB>C(COOH)(NHC(O)R<SUP>3</SUP>) wherein q is an integer from 0 to 3, and R<SUP>3 </SUP>is (C<SUB>1</SUB>-C<SUB>4</SUB>)alkyl; and to pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs and solvates thereof. The invention also relates to methods of treating a hyperproliferative disorder in a mammal by administering the compounds of formula 1 and to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of formula 1.
