摘要
本发明的目的是提供一种对于消减构成模组的元件个数有效的资料传送记忆体。一旦电源投入检测信号从电源投入检测电路(45)输入到主控制电路(46)时,便将传送开始指令下达到主时脉产生器电路(47)。据此,主时脉产生器电路(47)产生基准时脉并将时脉信号输出给SCL线的同时,在主传送顺序电路(48)执行传送顺序。主传送顺序电路(48)以与基准时脉同步的方式对SDA线进行开始状态之发送,经由串列控制电路(43)将存储于非挥发性记忆体(44)的资料之发送,以及停止状态之发送。
