The roof has a casement (14) guided by fingers moving in slides (111, 112) that are formed in roof bars (11). The slides permit to guide cross pieces between work and storage positions. The cross pieces are stored in a housing extending under or at the level of the outer surface of the roof, when in storage position. The slides (111, 112) respectively enter in legs (113, 114) of the bar and extend along the length of the bar. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a sealing device defined in a roof. |
