In the present invention, there is disclosed a Device for closing a pipeline consisting of a closure body (1) adapted for screwing on a valve to be repaired or a flap within a pipeline to be repaired. A steel tube (2) housing inside a pull rod (3) having at its one end inserted between two pressure disks (5) a spacing sealing cylinder (4) is inserted in an opening performed in said closure body (1) axis. Said pull rod (3) projecting from the steel tube (2) at the opposite end thereof is provided here with thread serving for screwing thereon a tightening nut (8) with a metal ring (7) placed thereunder. Both ends of the pull rod (3) are provided with end tips (6) of non-sparking material. A through threaded hole is performed in the bottom of said closure body (1). An adjusting screw (9) is screwed in said threaded hole at one end thereof, while a connecting screw (10) of a grounding system is screwed in the threaded hole at its other end. Said closure body (1) bottom is usually provided with a sealing system with a union nut (13).
