The apparatus has a pile (21) with a stamp from a thermoplastic plastic volume (22) and between a table (23) and a supply arranged underneath the table a gap is formed. Under the pressure of the pile pushed through on the table and below a pressing a loop forms. The pressing is in heating border (28) and connects into the gap. The table has two table parts (76, 77) where the table parts have a small gap for accomplishing the volume in a controlled manner. The heating border is arranged underneath the table. The table parts move apart with a larger table gap for the additional admission of the raised heating border.
