<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open air temperature detector near an outdoor heat exchanger so as not to erroneously detect an open air temperature immediately after a termination of defrosting operation and to restart a regular hot-water supply operation promptly in the heat pump type hot-water supplying apparatus which performs capacity control of a compressor and the opening control of an electric expansion valve corresponding to the open air temperature detected by the detector. <P>SOLUTION: When an evaporator temperature increases to the defrosting termination temperature, a defrost circuit is closed, and an operation of an outdoor fan is resumed. Furthermore, a temporary hot-water supply operation which operates a compressor by maintaining the capacity of the compressor and the opening of the electric expansion valve in a fixed state is performed, and the regular hot-water supply operation is resumed after a predetermined period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
