<p>The coating has layers of titanium nitride, chromium nitride, cobalt nitride or molybdenum nitride, covering a cooking interface e.g. grill plate, cooking plate made of iron, cooking-pot, frying pan, crepe pan or waffle iron mould, that is used for cooking in a collective kitchen and restaurant. The thickness of the coating is in the order of few microns to a several tens of microns. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for collective kitchen and restaurant, having multiple interfaces provided with coating.</p> |
