<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a process for producing layered composite material formed by one or several layers of reinforcement and one or several polymeric matrices wherein the process is characterized in that by laying the reinforcement layers or polymer layers in the form of a sheet or board a half-finished product is formed. In said half-finished product, at least one reinforcement layer adjoins at least one polymer layer in the form of a sheet or board. So produced half-finished product is the put into a mold and subjected to heat and pressure treatment under crosslinking temperature of reactoplastics or above melting temperature of thermoplastics, whereby the reinforcement environment is saturated with a polymeric matrix material. Subsequently the shape of the unit is stabilized by crosslinking reaction and cooling for reactoplastics or by ordinary cooling for thermoplastics and in the end it is removed from the mold.</p> |
