PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a preparatively isolating apparatus by which a sample solution can be sampled precisely into a metering container by correcting the sampling level of the sampling solution automatically to a metering level. SOLUTION: The upper-part side inside a sealed metering container 2 and the bottom-part side inside a culture solution tank 3 in which a sample solution is stored are made to communicate with each other by a first transport pipe 4. A second transport pipe 6 which transports the sample solution inside the metering container 2 to a test tube 8 is attached to the bottom part of the metering container 2. A first pinch valve 11 and a second pinch valve 12 for an opening and closing operation are installed at the first transport pipe 4 and the second transport pipe 6. A sensor 24 which detects the level of the sample solution inside the metering container 2 and which outputs a signal at the level of a metering operation is installed at the metering container 2. In addition, a suction pump 18 which discharges an atmosphere inside the container 2 from the upper part of the container 2 to the metering container 2 and a pressurization pump 19 which pressurizes the level of the sample solution inside the metering container 2 are connected via a filter 14. |
