<p>A cooled injection nozzle(5) has multiple nozzles with nozzle channels(14,15) having outlets entering a common pre-chamber(11) in a tool plate(2). At least one channel from each of several molding cavities(10) in a tool plate makes an open connection with the pre-chamber. Channels between the pre-chamber(11) and tool cavities(10) are each arranged close to the outlet of a nozzle channel(14,15). Each nozzle channel forms an acute angle with the axial feed channel(13) of an injection nozzle(5). The multi-nozzle head(12) of an injection nozzle has a central depression relative to the nozzle channel outlets which lie on a circle around the nozzle axis. When viewed in axial section the shape of the pre-chamber corresponds to the shape of the nozzle head. The base of the pre-chamber adjacent to the tool cavities forms an annular channel into which the projecting nozzle outlets enter.</p> |
