In the present invention, there is disclosed a reinforced bracket (8) provided with at least one channel (2) perpendicular to a column (1) axis, said channel (2) extending over both the bracket (8) and adjacent portion of the column web (7). A prestressed guy (3) or a bar being at its both ends provided with anchorage sleeves (5) mounted on anchorage plates (4) is arranged in the channel (2). A second guy is provided with in the bracket (8) lower portion and the anchorage is made on inclined portion of the bracket (8) sidewall. During reinforcement, the bracket (8) is provided with at least one channel (2) being perpendicular to a column axis and extending over both the bracket (8) and adjacent portion of the column web (7), whereupon a guy (guys) or a bar is arranged in the channel (2). Subsequently said guy (or a bar) is prestressed and anchored at both its ends.
