Watercraft cockpit bottom coating and method of fabrication

The cover (1) has a surface (2) applied in a base of a cockpit and provided with a raised edge (3) on its perimeter, where the edge is applied to walls of the cockpit for centering the cover. The cover is made of elastomer type flexible material such as bi-component polyurethane resin, for coupling with the base under the effect of its dead weight and for assuring watertightness between the cover and the walls. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a cover for a cockpit base of a boat.
