Airway device (10, figure 2) comprising airway tube (11, figure 2) and a buccal cavity stabilizer (20, figure 2) on or around the airway tube between a laryngeal cuff (14, figure 2) and the airway tube proximal end, where the buccal cavity stabilizer is adapted to nest with anterior aspect of the patient's tongue. The airway device is made from a first dorsal moulding part (62), formed by injection moulding, and a second ventral moulding part (61), also formed by injection moulding, which are subsequently bonded together. The device may also include an airway tube (63) which nests in channels (66, 67) of the mouldings and a connector (64). |
