A safety seat anchoring mechanism for coupling a car safety seat 2 to a frame 1 of a stroller through the handle 22 of the safety seat comprises a pair of anchoring docks 511 for connecting to two sides of the frame, each having at least one coupling member (512, Fig 2) and a pair of turnable anchor hooks 224 for connection to an end of the handle and being turnable with the handle for latching to a side of the coupling to allow the car safety seat to be fastened to the frame of the stroller. Preferably, the frame includes a handle member 3 having a folding control set 17 for releasing and latching the upper 52 and lower 51 joints to extend and fold the frame. |
