METHOD AND APPLIANCE FOR DECREASING RECIPROCAL WEAR OF RAIL AND WHEELS OF RAILROAD TRANSPORT

The group of inventions relates to building and operation of rail track at curved sections with small radius. The method for decrease of reciprocal wear of the rail and the wheels of railroad transport is in the fact that the inner rail is before bending in horizontal plane subjected to multiple bending in vertical plane according to given profile as conjugated arcs placed symmetrically with respect to horizontal middle line with alternation of convexities and concavities and with keeping to the condition of equality of total sum of the lengths of arcs comprising the roll surface of the inner rail to total length of the roll surface of the outer rail. The appliance for decreasing reciprocal wear of the rail and the wheels of the rail transport has inner rail bended in horizontal plane, this is made waved as conjugated arcs formed by the radii bends of the rail in vertical plane with alternation of convexities and concavities according to the method described above. Technical result is in formation of conditions of equality of the values of run at the outer and the inner rails.
