摘要 Invention relates to the field of technical operation of railroad, namely, to the field of designing the units of interaction of rail track and undercarriages of the mobile facilities of railroad, and it can be used for development of the new designs of undercarriages of rail transport and rail track for the purpose of exclusion of unjustifiably intensive wear of rails and wheel flanges of wheel pairs at operation in curved sections of track with small radius of curvature. The unit of interaction of rail track and wheels of wheel pairs of rail transport has a rolling surface of the wheel of running wheel pair, which is symmetrical and spherical with a sphere radius in the cross section close by value to the radius of the rolling surface of the wheel. Next to the base wheels from the inside of the cart the rollers of prevention of running off the rails of base wheels from the rails of track are additionally mounted with possibility of supporting contact rolling over inclined contact surface executed in the form of a slant on the inside of the head of the rail of track. The rolling surface of these rollers is also symmetrical and spherical. The axis of rotation of roller is cantilevered on the inclined bracket and in parallel with the contact bevel face on the inside of the head of the rail of track. Proposed design of the undercarriage of the cart in the form of a wheel pair, in which the running wheel is equipped with additional roller, which rolls along the inclined slant on the inside of the head of the rail of track, preventing from running off the rails, excludes, especially at passage of curves with a small radius, mutual slip of wheel and rail with compulsory rigid friction causing intensive wear both of wheels and rails. When passing along the curve by the wheel with rolling surface, which is executed in the cross section along the radius, in connection with a certain inclination of mobile facilities, the displacement of contact path from the middle of rolling surface to the edge of this surface occurs, both in wheel and roller, excluding undercuts, backfins and slip with friction, which allows to decrease the number of redressing of wheels with these defects and to simplify the repair of wheels.
