<p>Invention relates to the strengthening working of downcut tool. The method of strengthening downcut steel tool includes heat treatment until establishment of 37-40 HRC hardness, surface strengthening and formation of the blade. According to invention, the formation and strengthening are conducted simultaneously with working of blade by disk made of high-speed steel up for HRC 50-55 hardness to 30-50mkm depth. Invention provides for increase of the plasticity of fastening part, increase of cutting power and wear resistance of sides and edge of the blade.</p> |
