GENERATOR OF MICROWAVE ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION

摘要

The proposed generator of microwave electromagnetic radiation contains an open resonator, a coaxial waveguide, which is installed at the central part of the reflector of the resonator, and semiconductor diodes inserted between the central conductor and the piston of the waveguide. The inside diameter and the outside diameter of the waveguide correspond to the radiation wavelength and the radius of the reflector of the resonator. The present invention provides a possibility to increase the output power of the generator and the stability of frequency of electromagnetic radiation.
