The proposed piezoelectric actuator contains two irreversible piezoelectric motors. The rotor of the first motor is coupled with the stator of the second motor so as to provide a possibility for the rotor to rotate relative to the stator, for example by a gearing. The stator of the first motor is fixed to the actuator casing. The rotor of the second motor is coupled with the load. The stator of the second motor can rotate relative to the actuator casing. The rotor of the second motor can rotate relative to the stator of the second motor and the casing.
