This invention relates to the branch of excitation of oil, gas and hydrological wells. The mouth pulse generator has discharge chamber connected to annular space, this has draining discharge to discharge tank and piston and spring-supported plug installed with possibility of displacement and locked connection. Control of piston, hydro-pump, hydro-dispenser and pump unit is performed by automated control system. The hydro-blasts formed by generator are transferred through the liquid of the drive string to the pit-face. This invention promotes effective effect on the critical area of formation and its de-mudding.
