TEMPERING COLLECTOR

摘要

A tempering collector consists of a housing made in the form of a cylinder with double walls, between which water shell for heating or cooling the loaded product is located. The collector has two mixers: frame mixer for horizontal mixing and scraping of tempering product from inside of the heat exchange surface of the cylinder, and screw mixer which rotates around its axis with the help of planetary train. Both mixers are located on the central shaft which rotates with the help of the worm reducer and electric motor mounted on the top of the housing. Four heaters are located in water shell.
