A methane-tank contains cylindrical horizontal body and branch pipes for withdrawing the biogas. The body is fixed in a water pool with a possibility of rotation around the geometrical axis. On the methane-tank edges cantilevers pipes are disposed on the axis. These pipes are simultaneously mouths for loading and unloading the organic mass. In the methane-tank body it is disposed the continuous radial longitudinal partition with cutouts for branch pipes to withdraw the biogas. The body itself is separated by two transverse immobile partitions into the chambers of preliminary, basic and residual fermentation. At that, the transverse partition separating the chambers of preliminary and basic fermentation, and transverse partition separating the chambers of basic and residual fermentation, have respectively central and peripheral overflow openings .
