The device has an X-ray source placed above a radiography table. An emitted X-ray receiver is positioned at the right side of the source under the table. Anti-scattering discs (6, 7) are constituted of two respective plates (8a, 8b) between which radio-opaque strips (9) are positioned. Each disc has a central core in which a cylinder is placed for permitting centering of rotational axis of the disc on focal length of the source. The disc (6) is placed between the source and a patient, and the disc (7) is placed between the table and the receiver.
