The current invention provides a multi-functional swiveling outdoor hanger used for hanging objects such as plants and other decorative items. The free rotation of such hanging objects allows equal sunlight distribution and prevents uneven wear. The multi- functional swiveling hanger consists of a rotating part attached to a stationary part. The rotating part is comprised of a hook, wind flaps and a rotating mechanism. The stationary part is comprised of a cap, a locking mechanism, a shaft and securing means. Once the apparatus is secured to a fl at surface, an object can be hung from the hook of the rotating part. The wind flaps capture the wind's energy and the rotating mechanism allows the rotating part to move freely. The locking mechanism prevents any unwanted movement of the hanging object.
