PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing plate of which the meshes hardly break, a screen printing method using this screen printing plate and a manufacturing method of a plasma display panel using this screen printing method. SOLUTION: In the screen printing plate, woofs 2 are arranged, shifted from each other mutually, and the warps 1 are provided between the woofs 2 so that they are above and below alternately in an undulated shape. The diameter of the woof 2 is larger than that of the warp 1. The width of the undulation of the woofs 2 is W2, while that of the warps 1 is W1, and W2>W1. In the screen printing plate thus constituted, the woofs 2 come into contact with a printing object surface in screen printing, while the warps 1 do not come into contact therewith. By thickening the woofs 2 to be worn by the friction with the printing object surface, the frequency of the break of the meshes can be decreased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
