摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell-free synthesizing method for a protein by which the time of a synthetic reaction is more prolonged than that of a conventional batch method by using a single synthetic reaction vessel and the protein in a large amount of synthesis can simply and inexpensively be obtained. SOLUTION: The cell-free synthesizing method for the protein is carried out as follows. Cell-free protein synthesis is started in a cell-free protein synthetic system containing a ribosome, an mRNA, amino acids which are all the substrates required for the objective protein synthesis, ATP, GTP, magnesium ions, creatine phosphate and a creatine phosphate kinase in a buffer solution. While the cell-free synthetic system is maintained, operation to feed the creatine phosphate or its salt to the synthetic system is performed to carry out the continuous synthesis of the protein.
