PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray apparatus which surely uniformly sprays a softening agent on a filter material to improve the qualities of filter products. SOLUTION: The spray apparatus (30) is characterized by having at least one scraping member (15) disposed in the direction crossing the transfer direction of the filter material (20) on a slipping surface (25) basically parallel to the transfer direction of the filter material (20).
