PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device and a noise reduction method which can more exactly perform noise reduction processings, and to provide an imaging device having the noise reduction device. SOLUTION: Difference of the video signal of a target pixel read from signal readers 32a, 32b and the video signal of a 1st peripheral pixel is obtained in a difference operation 33a, and a correlation value, representing the correlation relation, is obtained in a correlation value operation part 34a. Moreover, difference of respective video signals of 2nd peripheral pixels read in a signal reader 32c are obtained in a difference operation part 33b, and a correlation value representing the 1st peripheral pixel and the attention pixel is obtained in a correlation value operation part 34b. A signal value to be outputted as a video signal of the attention pixel is determined, based on the correlation values obtained in the correlation value operation parts 34a, 34b.
