PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system enabling selecting car allocation instructions depending on the intention or situations of drivers of mobile stations. SOLUTION: The radio communication system is provided with a base station and employs a system of collecting information of each of a plurality of mobile stations on the base station by polling. The base station has a central process unit and a vacant taxi registration database to be integrated into the central processing unit. The mobile station has a vacant taxi registration means to registers vacant taxis into the vacant taxi registration database on the basis of the vacant taxi registration means. The central process unit selects the mobile station which has been subjected to vacant taxi registered on the basis of the vacant taxi registration database, and is constituted so as to instruct the selected mobile station to allocate a taxi.
