PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime-prevention system capable of performing smooth maintenance in operation of a system by a user and a maintenance service company performing maintenance. SOLUTION: In this system, maintenance time coming information is reported as maintenance executable information to the maintenance service company when an alarm switching device 3 is in a released state. Accordingly, since the maintenance service company can confirm, depending on the released state of the alarm switching device 3 switched by the user, that the user can execute the maintenance in the room, and execute the maintenance, the maintenance can be smoothly performed without loss of time.
