发明名称 ADHESION EVALUATION METHOD OF THIN FILM LAYER
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating adhesion of a laminate efficiently with excellent repeatability without touching at all the surface of thin film layers, concerning an adhesion strength evaluation method of the thin film layers of the laminate having one or more thin film layers on one side of a flexible transparent substrate, and to provide an adhesion evaluation method of the thin film layers by a method for forming simply the structure of a test piece for evaluating the adhesion. SOLUTION: In this adhesion strength evaluation method of the thin film layers, the test piece is fixed by a tool having an observation window with a prescribed curvature along the surface having the curvature of the tool, and the test piece wherein a bent part is formed with the thin film layers inside is subjected to a deterioration accelerated test with a prescribed test condition in a device of the deterioration accelerated test of the thin film layers, and then the exfoliation state between layers of the thin film layers of the bent part is observed through the observation window of the tool, and the exfoliation state is evaluated, to thereby evaluate the adhesion strength by a numerical value by using the numerical value of the radius of curvature of the bent part of the test piece wherein delamination is observed.
