摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna inspection method and an antenna inspection system for efficiently determining the quality of electronic components comprising an antenna having one power feed element and a plurality of non-power feed elements with variable-capacity devices connected thereto, respectively, and determining defective products. SOLUTION: A measuring instrument 2 is used for measuring physical quantities such as a reflection coefficient, input impedance, and a voltage standing wave ratio, by supplying a high-frequency signal to the power feed element 10. Control voltages are sequentially changed and impressed on the respective variable-capacity devices 12 connected to the non-power feed elements 11. Changes in the physical quantities are measured accompanying the changes in the control voltages. The quality is determined based on a relation between the changes in the control voltages and the changes in the physical quantities. Otherwis, one variable-capacity device 12 is impressed with a control voltage of a value different from one impressed on the other variable-capacity devices 12. While changing the frequency of a supplied high-frequency signal, changes in physical quantities are measured accompanying changes in the high-frequency signal.
