PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling chamber capable of suppressing the waste of the consumed power of the heat radiation device of a Stirling engine. SOLUTION: A control box calculates the freezing capacity of a Stirling refrigerator. Also, by using the freezing capacity, the control box changes the driving frequency of a circulation pump circulating a secondary refrigerant flowing in a high temperature side secondary refrigerant pipe and changes the driving frequency of a heat radiation fan installed near radiation fins connected to the high temperature side secondary refrigerant pipe. Namely, the control box increases or reduces the heat radiating capacity of the heat radiation device.
