PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease gun capable of securing a stable changeover for the reciprocative motions of a piston. SOLUTION: A changeover plate 43 consolidated with a valve plate 39 on the counter plunger side is installed on the plunger side of the piston 14. The valve plate 39 is pressed in the direction of separating from the piston 14 by pressing the changeover plate 43 toward the piston 14 by a changeover spring 44 engaged with the gun body 13 related with the final stage movement of the forward stroke of the piston 14, and thereby an aeration hole 34 is opened to exhaust the working air pressure from the chamber 32 on the counter plunger side. A grease runoff groove 47 is provided directed downward at the end face of the gun body 13 at which the changeover spring 44 is engaged.
