PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device for a model engine, provided with a check valve device in the middle of a fuel pipe in a fuel system for sending fuel from a fuel tank to the engine and capable of preventing a backflow of fuel and realizing smooth start of the engine when the engine is stopped, and to provide the model engine with the fuel supply device. SOLUTION: The check valve device 11 is provided in the middle of the fuel pipe 3. The check valve device 11 is equipped with a housing 12 having an engine side flow passage 13 and a fuel tank side flow passage 14; a diaphragm 16 operated by a pressure difference between pressure generated in the engine side flow passage 13 and the atmospheric pressure; a valve member 20 provided in such a way as to move together with the diaphragm 16, and performing communication/shut-off between the engine side flow passage 13 and the fuel tank side flow passage 14 by actuation of the diaphragm 16; and an elastic member 23 energizing the valve member 20 in the direction for shutting off between the engine side flow passage 13 and the fuel tank side flow passage 14. During stop of the engine, the fuel backflow is prevented by shutting off between the engine side flow passage 13 and the fuel tank side flow passage 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
