A rectangular parallelepiped case (20), which movably mounts a bolt (1), is secured into a recess on one of the denture parts. The bolt, engaged to the recess on the other denture part, has a friction panel (12) engaged to a tapped hole (16) via set screw (18) and frictionally engaged with the case. The case is formed of two half shells secured in place.
