<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium provided with a reversible display function and its production method, and an image processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has a substrate, an optical information layer formed on the substrate, and a reversible thermosensitive layer formed on the optical information layer, which can record at least one part of information recorded on the optical information layer so that it can be visually recognized. The optical information recording medium has an elastic layer and an adhesive layer formed on at least one part of the inner periphery side, the middle section and the outer periphery side of the optical information recording medium between the optical information layer and the reversible thermosensitive layer.
