<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable composition for optical disks, having sufficient adhesive force to reflective film consisting of silver or its alloy and good in storage stability, and to provide such an optical disk that a cured film of the composition is formed on an optically reflective layer consisting of silver or its alloy. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable composition is to be used for forming a resin layer of an optical disk comprising an optically reflective layer consisting of silver or its alloy and the resin layer laminated on the optically reflective layer.
