PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct bending device in which much labor of workers is not required even when a metal of large thickness similar to that of a straight tubular portion is bent, labor can be saved by achieving the bending work by less workers, any dent or collapse is not caused by the deformation of a section of a duct during the bending or after installation of a bent portion, and the duct can be rapidly and reliably bent without deviation of seams of spiral portions. SOLUTION: The duct bending device has a fixing tool 3 which is set to a duct 2, and a bending tool 4 which is set to the duct 2, supported by a shaft 16 extending in the radial direction of the duct 2 supported by the fixing tool 3, and turned in the axial direction of the duct 2 with respect to the axis of the shaft 16 so as to enable to bend the duct 2.
