PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor capable of securing an enough insulation distance and a side distance between a coil and a stator without using a resin sealing process. SOLUTION: This stepping motor has a plurality of pole teeth 22, 23, 43 and 44. Coils 16, 42 which are formed by winding windings around bobbin bodies 17, 39 with U-shaped sections are provided between a pair of stator yokes 18, 19 and 40, 41 in which the pole teeth 22, 23, 43 and 44 are disposed in a comb tooth state. Insulating withstand pressure covers 20, 21, 35 and 36 cover an opening which does not surround the coil of the bobbin bodies with the U-shaped sections in a double layer so as to restrain side surface radiation between the stator yokes 18, 19, 40 and 41 and the coils 16, 42.
